Both Taimanin Yukikaze (OVA) and Taimanin Shiranui (OVA) feature Under Eden but the OVAs did change some of the game events around. Mizuki Shiranui (Slave/Prostitute, temporary). In the true ending in which Yukikaze and Rinko escaped, Shiranui would be relocation for Reals repeated failings and trained for 1 year by minions of the Incubus King and later broken within a few weeks by the king itself.Īs Real is not mentioned as dead, it is possible that Under Eden still exists in normal canon or was later destroyed. Under Eden was infact used to train Mizuki Shiranui for 5 years unsuccessfully, entering the bad ending of TY she was turned a few month into the undercover mission of Yukikaze. In Taimanin Yukikaze 2 it will be shown in flashbacks, that the location has connections to the Washizu Group and the Incubus King. Either, escaping the location with the help of Asagi and Sakura after Body Modification, Brainwashing and introduction of an EVE chip or remaining in the bad endings slaves, for Real and his brother Muneichi, a trap both setup with the leaked information. This mission can take a few weeks or multiple months. Forced to either abandon the mission or take the sex slave contract, they decide for the later. Using the informant/slave trader Zokt they enter Yomihara but are tricked into a slave contract instead of regular prostitute or hostess work. Asagi send out both Taimanin which requested to be part of the mission. As leaked information hinted that Shiranui the mother of Yukikaze was held in Under Eden now or in the past. In Taimanin Yukikaze this location is part of a undercover mission, that Yukikaze and Rinko are send to. 
Typically these rooms are used at the very beginning of the "training" or as punishment, a process which would drive most normal people into insanity within a short time period. Additional rooms like prison cells or a large flesh tentacle pit are also used to break more strong willed targets.
Though direct brainwashing is avoided as it tends to devalue their workers, in pure monetary meaning. Underground medical rooms are used on the "slave" version using demonic body modification to increase sensitivity or in even more subliminal cases the EVE chip that manipulates the subconscious. It could take month until normal workers are allowed in those areas, depending on the mood of the owner. VIP sections also exist be it private rooms or greater halls but those tend to be access limited to events or for celebrities.
The living area for its slaves and or prostitutes, are also used as work places and are build like small apartments with basic needs cared for but little in terms of privacy, as most places have hidden cameras and surveillance.
Slave workers depending on the money they made and overall status are with strong limits allowed to move around Yomihara and can visit other workers in their off-hours but escape is made impossible by the magical contracts they were forced to sign. Location is heavly recorded with most rooms using the recordings for later black mail or as advertising. The brothel is located in the underground city of Yomihara on the corner of the main street and is not easily accessible to normal people without connections.
